The presentation will be on Practice Risk Management. It consists of three parts.
- A discussion and explanation of the Professional Liability Insurance Policy, what it is and what it covers.
- A discussion of the types of claims that we see.
- Risk management tips.
Eni Eski was called to the High Court of Australia and the Supreme Court of New South Wales in 2010, and to the Ontario bar in 2013. Prior to working as a claims examiner for CPA Professional Liability Plan, she worked as a commercial litigator in both Sydney, Australia and Toronto handling cases ranging from professional liability defense work for accountants and lawyers, general commercial litigation and insolvency and bankruptcy.
