Your presenter is Sandra Mah, a lawyer with DLP Piper LLC. She has over 20 years of experience in tax law with a practice focused on trusts and estates as well as mergers, acquisitions and reorganizations of corporations and partnerships.
Sandra advises her clients in all aspects of corporate tax planning, including
structured corporate mergers, purchases and sales, and reorganizations of corporations and partnerships as well as dispute resolution.
She also has experience in providing thorough and practical tax and trust planning advice to high-net-worth families and executives.
