Special General Meeting - Election of President-Elect
The Board of Directors has determined that a “Special General Meeting” take place immediately prior to this meeting.
The purpose of this meeting is for nominations and voting to fill the currently vacant position of President-Elect. At this time, there are a couple members who have expressed an interest in taking the position.
Changes in Employment Laws and Standards
Adam Kaukas works with his clients to help them avoid employment and labour disputes and advocates on their behalf to favourably resolve employment, labour, commercial, and insolvency disputes that prove unavoidable.
In his employment and labour practice at law firm MLT Aitkins, Adam advises employers with respect to managing the workplace and advocates on their behalf when necessary, including collective bargaining, hiring and termination issues, employee management and discipline, competition issues, human rights compliance, and drafting and reviewing comprehensive workplace policies.
