Planning and Preparation of 2017 Personal Tax Returns

The ECPAC group price (30+ registrants) is $344 plus GST ($361.20). We will register members and your guests through our website so you can benefit from the group discount of $30 per person.

  1. To get this discount you must register through the ECPAC website by Friday, November 17, 2017. No exceptions.
  2. Guests enjoy the same discount. They do not have to be a members of the ECPAC. Similar to ECPAC events, you must register your guest(s) at the same time you register. 
  3. Email Addresses: Unique email addresses are required for each registrant. If your guest does not have an email address, you may use a “placeholder” email. Please note that if “placeholder” email addresses are used they will not receive any email communication. They will also need to see the registrar at the seminar for access to the portal.
  4. Registrations and payment must be received:
    • When you register pay online with a credit card (preferred), or
    • By cheque made out to ECPAC received by Richard Sherry no later than November 17, 2017.
  5. You will receive a CONFIRMATION email directly from Devaney.
  6. Once the registration is closed on November 17th, no additions or cancellations will be accepted. No refunds.
  7. Name changes may be made at any time at no charge. Written notice is required by email to info@videotax.com
  8. Meals are generally served buffet style. Allergy Alert – A special meal can be ordered upon request. A minimum of 5 business days prior written notice is required. There is a $40 charge for “day of” meal changes or for unclaimed ”special” meals. Please note: we cannot guarantee that the food has not been in contact with your sensitivity.
  9. Transfers between cities: Seminar Transfer requests must be received in writing to info@videotax.com. Pending availability, transfers received more than 7 days prior to the earlier seminar will be subject to a $65 fee. No transfers will be processed within 7 days of the earlier seminar. Please note fees are subject to tax. Registration rate differences may apply.
  10. Copyright Alert – The materials are for registrant use only. 
  11. Access passes - Registrants will receive an access pass on the day of the seminar. Passes must be visibly display for admittance into all seminar sessions and lunch.
Please register as early as possible. Registration deadline is November 17, 2017.
