The Integration of Accounting and Wealth Management
Guest Speakers: Tim Coakwell, CFP, CPA, CA, CIM & Ryan Hittel
The traditional landscape of advice is changing. Clients are increasingly looking to consolidate their relationships within one firm, rather than engage multiple professionals with several firms to assist with accounting, tax, legal, insurance and wealth management.
Disruption is coming and the importance of value-added services is more apparent now than ever. This session is designed to:
- Share how the integration of wealth management enhanced the accounting profession in the U.S.,
- Discuss how to stay relevant in an new era of service commoditization, technology, blockchain and changing regulations,
- Demonstrate how introducing wealth management and insurance to your clients can elevate your practice
Tim Coakwell - As Senior Vice President of the WealthCo group of companies, Tim brings over 20 years of experience, providing financial planning and wealth management services to accounting firm clients.
