This Sunit Paul of BDO Canada will discuss the Implications of recent income tax commentary from the Finance Department on the use of the family trusts, capital gains stripping and insurance planning.
Background
Sunit has worked in public practice for over 18 years, focusing exclusively in the income tax area since 2005.
She has a depth of experience in providing tax and advisory services to privately held businesses and high-net worth clients with a focus on corporate structuring and reorganizations and estate and succession planning.
Sunit has acted as a business advisor on complicated income tax compliance and assists clients with the development of tax minimization strategies.
