More Than Just Payroll!

In his presentation Lloyd McDonald of ADP will be facilitating conversation relating to:
  • Questions Business Owners Should Ask When Considering Exiting
  • How are Accounting Practices Valued
  • What Are the Options Available to You & How to Choose Your Best Option

Although ADP pays approximately 1 in 4 working Canadians, they offer far more than payroll solutions. ADP has services that assist businesses of all sizes from “Hire to Retire”.

Last year ADP spent over $700 MM in enhancing their client offerings and they now provide recruiting solutions, integrated payroll and human capital management (HCM) systems, and an employee engagement platform to assist in staff retention. Recently, ADP created a M&A division that is focused on working with Accounting professionals to focus on the aspects of their business that will create value for a possible exit in the future.

66% of Canadian Businesses owners plan to exit their businesses in the next 10 years, but only 27% have a plan in place. ADP will provide recommendations on how to maximize the value of your firm when you’re ready to exit.

ADP has programs for accountants that allow you to focus on your core offerings such as tax and advisory services by freeing up time spent of lower revenue administrative functions. Join us to see how to streamline your practice and achieve maximum financial results.
