Planning and Preparation of 2020 Personal Tax Returns

The ECPAC group price (30+ registrants) is $274.00 plus GST ($287.70). We will register members and your guests through our website so you can benefit from several discounts of $80 per person.

You will be registering for the online session on Feb. 22, 2021. There are other sessions available (www.videotax.com/ptu-sessions). AFTER you register with us to earn the group discounts, you can contact Video Tax News and change to a different one, subject to the conditions below.

  1. To get this discount you must register through the ECPAC website by Friday, November 20, 2020. No exceptions.
  2. Guests enjoy the same discount. They do not have to be a members of the ECPAC. You may register your guest(s) at the same time you register. Or, you may send them to register themselves, for the same price.
  3. Email Addresses: Unique email addresses are required for each registrant. If your guest does not have an email address, you may use a “placeholder” email. Please note that if “placeholder” email addresses are used they will not receive any email communication. They will also need to see the registrar at the seminar for access to the portal.
  4. Registrations and payment must be received when you register pay online with a credit card (preferred).
    • Sorry, but payment by cheque and etransfer has been discontinued.
  5. You will receive a CONFIRMATION email directly from Video Tax News.
  6. Textbook: This registration includes a digital textbook only.
  7. Once the registration is closed on November 20th, no additions or cancellations will be accepted. No refunds.
  8. Name changes may be made prior to the commencement of the seminar at no charge. However, a written notice by email (info@videotax.com) is required. Please note the registrations cannot be split and the same person must attend all sessions. If the name change is completed after the seminar material has been shipped, it will be the registrant’s responsibility to ensure the new attendee receives the textbook.  
  9. Transfers between Personal Tax Update sessions: Transfer requests must be received in writing to info@videotax.com. Transfers received more than 7 days prior to the earlier seminar will be subject to a $35 fee. No transfers will be processed within 7 days of the earlier session. Please note fees are subject to tax. Registration rate differences may apply. Depending on timing of the transfer, we may not be able to guarantee the printed textbook will be delivered in time. Options can be discussed prior to processing the transfer.
  10. Notice of cancellations must be sent in writing to info@videotax.com. Cancellations received more than 14 days prior will be subject to a $85 fee. No refunds for cancellations received within 14 days of the seminar. Fees are subject to applicable tax. Refunds will be processed to the original form of payment. If the textbooks have already been mailed, it will be the registrants’ responsibility to return the material. Refunds will be processed at that time.
