  • Choose this if you are a member of the ECPAC and you are registering yourself and guest(s). You may register guest(s) only when registering yourself. If after registering you want to add a guest registration you must contact the ECPAC administrator. There are no refunds, except if the session is cancelled by the ECPAC. NOTE: Guests may attend a maximum of two (2) sessions as a non-member. If s/he likes what they see, we hope you will encourage them to join us if they meet eligibility requirements. ECPAC 2021 Annual General Meeting

Please take note that:

  • This is an ECPAC members-only event. No guests please.
  • This will be a hybrid in-person and online Zoom event. 
  • In-person attendees are required to prove their full Covid-19 vaccination to participate. A hotel employee will be checking for proof.
  • Online Zoom attendees will have the ability to to participate in the meeting to ask questions and express opinions

NOTE: Meeting will start promptly at 11 am. In-person attendees will be expected to wear a mask during the meeting except when consuming food and beverages. 

11 am to 12 pm - Annual General Meeting

  • Review of 2021 with ECPAC President Vartika Satija
  • Treasurer David Kissinger will review the ECPAC's fiscal 2021 audited financial statements
    • NOTE: You may download the financials to review them before the AGM; to do this, click here
  • Motion to accept fiscal 2021 audited financial statements
  • Nominations for and elections to the 2022 ECPAC Board of Directors for the following positions:
    • President Elect
    • Treasurer
    • Professional Development
    • Communications & Member Relations
    • Secretary
Your ECPAC needs your support. Please put your name forward for a role on the Board of Directors. If you want to know more, please contact Vartika Satija, ECPAC President.
  • Other business that comes up
12 to 1 pm - Lunch & Socialize
  • In-person attendees will enjoy a fabulous buffet meal, with wine available, FREE, as a thank-you from your ECPAC
  • Network and mingle with other ECPAC members to catch up and share pandemic stories!

**NOTE**

Registration cutoff is:

  • In-person: 3:00 PM on November 30, 2021
  • Online Zoom: 3:00 PM on December 6,2021

No late registrants please. Registration must be completed prior to these times. If you register for the in-person event but do not attend, the ECPAC will invoice you $35. 

This is a members-only event. Attendees must provide proof of being fully vaccinated against Covid-19; the hotel will be checking. Please see the main events page for more details on registering.
