ECPA 2016 Annual General Meeting

Attend the 2016 Annual General Meeting on Dec. 7th

The Board of your ECPA are always seeking to improve our organization. This is your opportunity to contribute. Please plan to attend, and you'll also enjoy a glass of wine and a tasty Christmas lunch and the camaraderie of colleagues.

This is our agenda:

• President's Report
  
• Approval of last year's AGM Minutes of Meeting
  
• Approval of Financial Statements
• Approval of proposed by-laws
  
• Election of Board members and Executive
  

Refreshments and wine are served at 10:30 am. The AGM starts at 11:00 am. It is followed by our Christmas lunch starting at noon.

No proxy votes are allowed at this AGM. If approved, proxy voting will be allowed after the new by-laws are in place.

Registration cutoff is 3:00 PM on December 5th, 2015. No late registrants please. Registration mustbe completed prior to the event.
