Talking About Dementia

Come learn about Dementia, the causes and how to manage challenging behaviours experienced by caregivers and potentially your own clients. Learn what to do and what NOT to do. We will share strategies and discuss techniques to manage challenging situations caused by Dementia.

Presented by Grace Saunders of Home Instead Senior Care. Grace cares deeply about relationships, he has an old fashioned sense of customer service. She has built a career based upon anticipating and exceeding customer expectations.

This high calibre of customer service is constantly being taught to the entire staff and he contributes so that clients and their family's needs are met and exceeded. Grace has worked with teams and organizations where she has built a reputation by raising standards for customer service and satisfaction.
