Zach Cochran is the Head of Customer Success, North America for Karbon. Karbon is a digital work management and collaboration tool for the accounting professional. Prior to Karbon, Zach spent 7 years at a remote accounting firm offering bookkeeping, tax and advisory services. During 5 of those seven years the firm scaled from 9 employees to 42 with team members in 12 US states and 3 countries. He has seen first hand how Karbon can help a team communicate clearly, stay ahead of deadlines and serve their clients with excellence. Today he helps hundreds of other firms achieve the same.
