Our speaker will be JT Dhoot of Omnis Valuations & Advisory Ltd. He will discuss valuation theories and methodologies for commercial real estate and privately-held business interests, and provide insights on the opportunities and challenges he and his clients have experienced as a result of COVID-19.
JT Dhoot is the Founder and Principal of Omnis Valuations & Advisory Ltd., a boutique practice specializing in business valuations, commercial real estate appraisals and litigation support services. JT holds the Accredited Appraiser (AACI) and Chartered Business Valuator (CBV) designations while also playing an active role with multiple not-for-profit and professional organizations.
